So far this year the weather has not been good enough with few sunny days to walk the river bank and watch the wildlife of a really lovely nearby lowland river - the Great Ouse at Houghton Mill in Cambridgeshire. But with these sketches from last year pinned to the studio wall I have been working for the past few days on a number of print images on the theme of 'Summer River Moments''.   As soon as the sun appears again for longer than an hour or two I'll try to get out to the river again.
